EC Chair - a modern wing-back chair


for Erik Jørgensens Møbelfabrik A/S 2004

The EC Chair is a high-backed armchair where emphasis has been placed on comfort.
The three-wing structure of the back of the chair offers the same resting comfort as a traditional wing-back chair - however with a more open and inviting appeal. The chair creates a space surrounding the person sitting in it. The EC works well on its own, but also in accompany with Erik Jørgensen sofas.
The EC Chair has a complex design with many odd angles, which challenge the upholsterer. It is mounted on a four-legged rotating steel base and is available in removable wool and cotton upholstery.
