EC Chair - a modern wing-back chair


for Erik Jørgensens Møbelfabrik A/S 2004
in collaboration with Mia Sinding

Following product maturing, the chair has been sophisticated and completed. Moreover, Mouritsen & Sinding have designed a matching footstool.
The EC Chair is a modern wing-back chair with a high back and with the emphasis placed on comfort. The complex design with many flat surfaces and odd angles gives the chair a modern look. The EC Chair matches the Erik Jørgensen minimalistic sofas, e.g., the EJ 50, but it also works well on its own.
